We took some photoes of hologram making. It'll help you to understand how we make holograms. You are welcome to visit our factory to see all running machines in process of production.

To set up a production line includes electronif forming machine, embossing machine, Lamination machine and auto die-cutting machine to produce 2 millions pcs security hologram stickers in size of 15mm*15mm per day. To produce hologram hot stamping foil, just need to buy one more small coating machine.

He-Cd laser for the hologram recording onto photoresist & He-Cd laser with UPS supplier .

The helium cadmium laser wave length is 441.6nm. So it can record hologram onto photoresist easily. There's other laser also can record hologram image in lab, not some of them is not available for embossing hologram production.
